We forgot to mention we're vegetarian and yet you, without any fuss at all, took this in your stride and sorted our order out in minutes. We were very pleasantly surprised and look forward to visiting your establishment again. Your high tea is to die for and good value too!!!

  I used to go here every week before it was refurbished.. it was quiet and cosy, it was clean and the staff were friendly. But now 4years on I have to clean the table and high chair before I sit down. I have witnessed the staff talk about the customers in a non friendly manner. One woman in particular is very rude and unprofessional. Having been a regular customer for some time I am disappointed that I recieve no recognition as a valued customer. Today for example when my order was taken the blonde tattooed woman chatted to the person in front of me and behind me so much that I felt like I was intruding. When I got to the till it was like lucky dip with 3 other people's orders on the same unit. When I eat here it's never a cheap so a smile would be nice!!

  Self service at the counter. Good selection of drinks and cakes. Recently refurbished but cold and draughty from the ceiling units. Functional rather than luxurious. Friendly staff.
