  Family came up from Southampton over Christmas and we popped into Copa for lunch and a few drinks. Service was quick but food was appalling. 2 of the group ordered buttermilk chicken breast but it was so dry it was inedible. I ordered a wrap that was full of what can only be described as mush. The other 2 meals were ok but nothing to come back for. We paid and left as in a rush to get back home and couldn't be bothered to complain at the time as just wanted to get out of there.
  I sent an email to say of our dissatisfaction with the food but Copa never bothered to respond.
  I'm not one for writing bad reviews but on this occasion I have felt the need as they clearly have no interest in customer care.

  Has a nice variation of different drinks ales and lagers. However I felt it was a bit rough and ready so didn't want to stay there long. Furniture was nice though and the security staff were friendly and had good banta.
