  So after hearing all the story's about the place I thought I'd take my mom and we'd get a takeaway.
  
  I had a few people tell me good and bad things. I had to see what the place was like for myself.
  
  I ordered a wide selection including Cod, squid, and the cod bites. I must say that the squid (calamari) was not what I am used to and I found the bartered steak to be very oily. The fish was fresh and cooked well. I did like the chips and was very happy that I was asked if I would like lemon with the order.
  
  I would say it's a great and apart from not getting it wrapped in paper it is one of the best I've had on the UK.

  They are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection for me even though I'm gluten intolerant. Best of all on the last Monday of every month everything is gluten free. I can't recommend this place enough.

  We have been there before and love fish and chips. We were very excited to visit this place on Easter Sunday and went there at 5.30 pm on Sunday but found out that restaurant was closed. Disappointing that nothing was notified on website or outside the restaurant. We waited for half hour and eventually had to leave empty stomach.
